The Transmission Company of Nigeria (TCN) announces urgent maintenance that would commence on Saturday, 5th September 2026, to enable it seal oil leakage from the one transformer at the 330/132/33kV Katampe Transmission Substation.
It said the maintenance work is scheduled to commence at 10a.m. and end at 7pm the same day.
It said that during the maintenance some circuits will be impacted.
Consequently, it said that the AEDC will be unable to offtake electricity from some feeders to its electricity customers fed from the transformer.
TCN apologised for any inconvenience this temporary interruption may cause electricity consumers in the affected areas.
