The Transmission Company of Nigeria, TCN, has announced an annual preventive maintenance on Gwarimpa-Kubwa 132/33kV Line 1 bay switchgear and associated equipment on Wednesday, September 30, 2026, from 10:00am to 1:00 pm.
Consequently, the company said that Abuja Electricity Distribution Company, AEDC, will be unable to offtake power supply to customers in parts of Kubwa, Bwari and environs.
TCN apologised for any inconvenience this maintenance exercise will cause consumers in the affected areas.
